1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using any product from expotemplates.com, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template source code in unlimited personal or commercial projects you build.
You may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code as a template or starter kit
- Share private GitHub repository access with parties who have not purchased
You MAY:
- Use the templates in client work you bill for
- Modify the templates extensively
- Publish apps built with the templates to app stores
3. Lifetime Access
"Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the Service. If the Service is discontinued, you retain any previously cloned source code, but we make no guarantee of continued updates.
4. Refunds
14-day no-questions-asked refund via Polar.sh. Refund triggers removal of GitHub repository access.
5. Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, and documentation remain the property of ExpoTemplates. Buyers receive a license, not ownership.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." ExpoTemplates is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the templates.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
